Available omelet choices: ham, sausage, bacon, onion, peppers, spinach, mushrooms, tomato, and cheddar cheese. Plain egg whites available.

Chicken Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, croutons, grilled chicken.
Asian Chicken Salad
Romaine lettuce, mandarin oranges, crunchy noodles, bell peppers, and grilled chicken.
Choice of beef or veggie patty, on a bun or wrapped in lettuce, with a variety of cheese and vegetable toppings. Condiments include ketchup, mustard, dijon mustard, and mayonnaise.
Bread options: white, sourdough, multigrain, gluten-free, and croissant. Cheese, protein source (i.e. ham, egg salad), vegetable, and condiment options abound!
Turkey Panini Sandwich
On your choice of bread with pesto, baby spinach, tomato, and provolone cheese.
Traditional Cobb Salad
Diced grilled chicken, black olives, bacon bits, blue cheese, tomato, egg, and avocado on romaine lettuce with your choice of dressing.
Northwest Salmon Burger
A wild-caught salmon patty grilled and served on a brioche bun with avocado mayonnaise, baby spinach, and tomato.
Granny smith apples, walnuts, grapes, and celery tossed in a fat free yogurt dressing.
St. Louis Style BBQ
Served with jasmine rice, lima beans and jasmine rice.

Served with brown rice, kobacha squash and sauteed napa cabbage.
Grilled Vegetable Lasagna
Served with roasted baby potatoes, roasted zucchini and steamed cauliflower.
Sesame Seared Pork Tenderloin

Wild caught sockeye salmon pan seared and finished with a dash of lemon juice.
Tofu Vegetable Stir Fry
Tofu, celery, onions, carrots and broccoli stir fried in sesame oil and finished with a touch of low-sodium soy sauce. Served with brown rice.

Grilled wild sockeye salmon, romaine lettuce, parmesan, croutons and caesar dressing.
Orange Balsamic Chicken Breast
Marinated in orange juice and balsamic vinegar and grilled to perfection.
