  • Fitness Classes

    Always Keep Moving

Live Well includes a full range of regular fitness classes, including Tai Chi for arthritis, a balance class structured to improve balance and mobility, strength training, aquatics, stretching and line dancing. Before beginning on a new fitness program, we encourage seniors to complete a personal fitness assessment with one of our certified fitness trainers and then check in annually to reevaluate their progress and discuss goals. We also offer personal training services for seniors who want individual instruction and support to meet their wellness goals.

Pool │ Jacuzzi │ Fitness Room │ Onsite Physical Therapy

Wellness Motivational Encouragement: CRISTA Senior Living works with staff and other health and wellness professionals within King, Snohomish, and Kitsap Counties to promote physical activity to seniors through rewards programs, quarterly presentations, monthly balance screenings, and fall prevention events for seniors who live near our campuses.
