Senior Living remains diligent in observing all appropriate measures to mitigate transmission of COVID-19. We continue to abide by the restrictions and requirements imposed by our local public health authorities, our state and federal licensing agencies, and our state government. We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of residents, staff, family members and friends as we work together to protect the CRISTA family and the community around us from the dangers of COVID-19.
Crista Shores campus
We are not aware of any COVID-19 diagnoses among residents or staff in either the independent living or assisted living areas on our Crista Shores campus in Silverdale.
Cristwood campus (independent apartments)
We are not aware of any active COVID-19 cases among staff or residents at Cristwood Park or in the Cristwood Garden Apartments. The single Cristwood Park resident and single staff member who tested positive earlier in the pandemic have completed the required period of isolation.
Cristwood campus (assisted living)
We are not aware of any active COVID-19 cases among staff or residents at our Shoreline assisted living facility. All Cristwood Courtyard staff and residents who tested positive earlier in the pandemic have completed the required period of isolation.
We sincerely thank our beloved residents and their families, our amazing staff, and our valued partners in the community around us for the many expressions of support and encouragement that have helped carry everyone through this challenging season. God bless you all!

“How precious, O God, is your constant love! We find protection under the shadow of your wings.”
Psalm 36:7
The State of Washington has announced a phased “safe start” plan that allows some visitation restrictions to be relaxed in long term care settings when specific criteria are met by the facility and the surrounding county. CRISTA is evaluating how the safe start guidelines apply in our various living areas, and updates to our visitation policies will be posted here as they are finalized. Currently, the only persons allowed to enter our resident living areas are those providing essential care and services necessary for the resident’s well-being. These persons must be screened prior to entry for signs/symptoms of COVID-19 and for contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with or is under investigation for COVID-19. They must have a temperature check, and will be required to show identification, sign a log showing time entering and leaving the facility, and provide name and contact information including phone number and email address. All essential visitors must practice hand hygiene and wear a mask.
